Flat per closed transaction — typical range $250–$500 for contractors and a flat agent referral percentage. Exact amount varies by category and is set in your partner agreement.
+ Do I pay anything up front?
No. No subscription, no setup fee, no monthly minimum. You only pay when a lead becomes paid work.
+ How many leads will I get?
It depends on your zone, specialties, and capacity. We don't oversaturate — we'd rather match fewer, higher-quality leads to fewer partners than blast a network.
+ Can I pause if I'm too busy?
Yes. Toggle off in your partner dashboard and we'll route around you until you toggle back on.
+ Will you tell homeowners about me?
