HomeScopeICT is a website operated by HomeScopeICT, LLC, based in Wichita, Kansas. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. What HomeScopeICT is — and isn't
HomeScopeICT provides educational tools and estimates to help Wichita-area homeowners think about value, selling, and renovation decisions. We are not:
- A licensed real-estate appraiser. Our ValueScope estimate is not an appraisal.
- A licensed real-estate brokerage. We do not list, market, or sell properties.
- A licensed contractor. PrepScope estimates are not bids and are not binding on any contractor.
- A lender, investor, or buyer. We do not buy homes; we connect you with vetted partners who do.
3. Estimates are ranges, not guarantees
Every number on the site — value estimate, repair cost, recommended fix list — is a projection based on local data and the inputs you provide. Real outcomes (sale price, contractor bid, ROI) will vary. We display confidence ranges so you can see how certain we are; treat them seriously.
For a binding number, get a licensed appraiser, an MLS listing, and at least 2 contractor bids.
4. Partner referrals
When you submit a contact form, we may share your information with one vetted partner (agent, investor, contractor, or lender) we believe is the best fit for your situation. Read our Privacy Policy for what we share and how.
We earn a flat referral fee from the partner if a transaction closes. You never pay HomeScopeICT anything. Partners are independent businesses; their advice, contracts, and work are their own — we do not guarantee their performance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to harvest data, scrape, or run automated submissions.
- Submit information you don't have the right to share (e.g., another person's address).
- Try to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the site.
- Use the site to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, design, logos, code, formulas) is owned by HomeScopeICT, LLC unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to share links to public pages; please don't republish our content wholesale without permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep estimates accurate and current, but we don't guarantee they are.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeScopeICT, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any decision you make based on a HomeScopeICT estimate. Our maximum aggregate liability for any direct claim is limited to $100.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
