What we collect
- Information you give us through forms — name, phone, email, property address, notes about your home.
- Estimate inputs — square footage, condition, finish tier, etc. We store these against an anonymous browser session token so we can improve the model over time.
- Standard server logs — IP, user-agent, page paths. Used for debugging and abuse prevention.
- Cookies — a small first-party session cookie to keep your inputs persistent on a single visit. No third-party tracking pixels.
What we do with it
- Show you estimates based on the inputs you provide.
- Connect you with one vetted local pro when you submit a contact form. We share your name, phone, and any notes you wrote — only with the partner you were matched with, only with your consent.
- Improve the site by analyzing aggregate, de-identified usage patterns.
- Respond to your questions if you email us.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Share your lead with multiple competing companies (you'll only ever be contacted by one matched partner per request).
- Send you marketing texts or emails you didn't ask for.
- Run third-party advertising or retargeting pixels.
SMS (text messaging)
If you give us your phone number, we may send you a single confirmation text and at most one follow-up to coordinate with the partner you matched with. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out — that stops all future messages from us.
Message and data rates may apply (per your carrier). Frequency: 1–4 messages per request, conversational only.
How we secure your data
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
- Personal information (phone, email, address, internal notes) is stored encrypted at rest in a US-region database.
- Access is limited to a small number of authorized HomeScopeICT staff using individual logins.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you a copy of the personal data we have on you.
- Correct or update your information.
- Delete your information ("right to be forgotten").
- Opt out of all communications.

Children
HomeScopeICT is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we may also reach out by email if you've shared one with us.
